The primary objective of this event was to provide opportunities for students to practice leadership, and teamwork and develop managerial values through managerial activities namely, Role play.
The HR club- People connect at Lloyd Business School organized a successful event "अभिनय - A role play event" ' for MBA and BBA students on 26th May 2023, under the guidance of Dr. Fehmina Khalique and Dr. Tanya Chouhan, faculty coordinator. The primary objective of this event was to provide opportunities for students to practice leadership, and teamwork and develop managerial values through managerial activities namely, role play. The response received for the event was really overwhelming with more than 70 students participating. There were 26 group registration. In the event each group needed to play the role on some managerial situations which was given to them a day before the event. MBA and BBA students evaluated separately on their role plays. The winner from MBA was group 26 consisting of Anirudh Nigam, Abhay Asthana, and Ali Ayan and from BBA was group 12 consisting of Vaishnavi Singh, Nilesh Kumar Prasad and Shrey Jain. Students were judged on the basis of five criteria that were: Quality of content & creativity, confidence level, body posture, formal attire, clarity of speech. The judges for the event were Dr. Nilakshi Goyel, Dr. Oshin Dixit and Dr. Fehmina Khalique. The team and volunteers along with the winners were appreciated and celebrated for making it a fun and engaging learning experience.
