OBJECTIVES

Detailed Report: Money Maestros (Finance Club) at Lloyd Institute of Management & Technology organized the "Design your Net Worth- 2030" activity for management students on May 20, 2024, under the supervision of Prof. Anup Nautiyal, faculty coordinator. The activity began by lighting the lamp in front of Maa Saraswati with jury and faculty members present.

The response to the activity was overwhelming, with more than 85 students participating. This activity was divided into two rounds: the first was an online quiz, and the second was a seminar hall competition for students who performed well in the first round. 80 students enrolled and participated in the first round, and 15 were chosen based on questions about basic finance and personal finance. After the first round, selected students were sent a balance sheet format to help them calculate their estimated future net worth.

Then, in the second round, participants took to the stage to present their estimated Net Worth 2030. The selected members explained their net worth one by one. Later, the anchors and judges held a small Q&A session with the audience, and the response we received was fantastic, continuing until the final participant.

Our Jury Members, Dr. Nakshatresh Kaushik and Kajal Chauhan, expressed their admirable views on financial literacy.

After a worthwhile discussion round, Prof. Anup Nautiyal also provided some valuable knowledge to the audience about financial literacy, and the audience was highly motivated after their speech, and then the result was announced-

After the results were announced, the winners received books, trophies, and certificates. Certificates were awarded to the organizers.

The "Design Your Net Worth- 2030" discussion was a productive and successful event that provided management students with a thorough understanding of their current and future net worth, as well as financial literacy.

To summarize, designing your net worth entails taking a proactive and strategic approach to managing your finances. By setting clear goals, creating a budget, reducing debt, increasing income streams, saving and investing wisely, and constantly educating yourself, you can work toward building a strong net worth over time.
