The Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) serves as the focal point for Lloyd's Training & Placement endeavors, playing a pivotal role in shaping the career paths of MBA students. Through regular mock Group Discussions and Personal Interviews, conducted in collaboration with Faculty Members and Industry Mentors, the CRC facilitates the holistic development of students, enhancing their Confidence, Knowledge, Communication, and Critical thinking skills. The initiation of the Placement drive occurs in the second year of the MBA course, with prominent recruiters commencing campus visits from the third semester onward, ultimately culminating in Final Placements.
Summer Internships constitute an integral component of the curriculum, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom and its practical application in diverse Industries and Sectors. These internships, undertaken after the second semester and lasting approximately 8-10 weeks, immerse students in real-world organizational settings. The assignments during this period are specifically tailored to align with their preferred areas of expertise, fostering a hands-on understanding of industry practices.
Final Placements represent a crucial milestone in the academic and professional journey of students, marking the culmination of their educational endeavors and the transition into the corporate realm. As the definitive outcome of a rigorous and competitive recruitment process, Final Placements hold immense significance in shaping the trajectory of individuals' careers. This stage typically occurs towards the conclusion of academic programs, bringing together graduating students and prospective employers. Final Placements serve as a testament to the knowledge, skills, and capabilities honed by students throughout their educational tenure, aligning them with suitable roles in diverse industries. The process involves companies selecting candidates based on their academic achievements, aptitude, and interpersonal skills, paving the way for a seamless integration of theoretical learning into practical workplace scenarios. A successful Final Placement not only signifies the professional recognition of students but also establishes a strong foundation for their future endeavors, laying the groundwork for a fulfilling and rewarding career path.
